holiday let management, fully handled
You keep the property and the upside. We run it as a holiday let, with our own team handling everything, for a commission on the nightly rate.
Whether your property is already a holiday let or you're thinking of switching from a long-term tenancy, we'll set it up, market it and run it day to day, while you keep control of your dates.

Questions
good to know
Where do you take on property?
Anywhere in the UK for the right property. Our team is based in Bristol, Bath and Weston-super-Mare, and we're opening a hotel in Blackpool. Tell us where yours is and we'll be honest about whether it works for us.
Who looks after the property day to day?
Our own team. Every cleaner, maintenance engineer and guest support agent is employed directly by Bnbly, so there's no chain of subcontractors between you and the people in your property.
Does it cost me anything to find out?
No. Sending your details, the call and the viewing are all free, with no obligation.
Do I need permission from my mortgage lender or freeholder?
Often, yes. Some mortgages, leases and insurance policies restrict short lets. We'll go through it with you before anything is agreed, so there are no surprises.
I'm an agent. Do you pay a finder's fee?
Yes. If you introduce a property and we sign an agreement for it, we'll pay you a finder's fee. Send the details using the form and choose "Agent". We look at every property quickly and tell you straight away if it's a fit.
How quickly can you move?
We'll get back to you about every property we receive. If it's a good fit, we can usually arrange a viewing soon after.
