My guesthouse needs work. Will you still look at it?
Yes. Refurbishing tired hotels and guesthouses is exactly what we're doing in Blackpool, and our in-house maintenance team carries out the work.
Does it cost me anything to find out?
No. Sending your details, the call and the viewing are all free, with no obligation.
Do I need permission from my mortgage lender or freeholder?
Often, yes. Some mortgages, leases and insurance policies restrict short lets. We'll go through it with you before anything is agreed.
I'm an agent. Do you pay a finder's fee?
