Are group bookings a problem?
Not with proper vetting. Our 24/7 guest team screens every booking, and house rules and security deposits protect your property.
Does it cost me anything to find out?
No. Sending your details, the call and the viewing are all free, with no obligation.
Do I need permission from my mortgage lender or freeholder?
Often, yes. Some mortgages, leases and insurance policies restrict short lets. We'll go through it with you before anything is agreed.
I'm an agent. Do you pay a finder's fee?
Yes. If you introduce a Liverpool property and we sign an agreement for it, we'll pay you a finder's fee. Choose "Agent" in the form.
