Do you cover Cardiff?
Cardiff is about 45 minutes from our Bristol team, so it's very reachable. We'll explain exactly how your property would be looked after before anything is agreed.
Does it cost me anything to find out?
No. Sending your details, the call and the viewing are all free, with no obligation.
Do I need permission from my mortgage lender or freeholder?
Often, yes. Some mortgages, leases and insurance policies restrict short lets. We'll go through it with you before anything is agreed.
I'm an agent. Do you pay a finder's fee?
Yes. If you introduce a Cardiff property and we sign an agreement for it, we'll pay you a finder's fee. Choose "Agent" in the form.
