Questions

good to know

My building doesn't allow short lets. Can you still help?

Many Manchester leases restrict stays under a certain length. We'll check your lease with you, and in some buildings longer corporate stays are still possible.

Does it cost me anything to find out?

No. Sending your details, the call and the viewing are all free, with no obligation.

Do I need permission from my mortgage lender or freeholder?

Often, yes. Some mortgages, leases and insurance policies restrict short lets. We'll go through it with you before anything is agreed.

I'm an agent. Do you pay a finder's fee?

Yes. If you introduce a Manchester property and we sign an agreement for it, we'll pay you a finder's fee. Choose "Agent" in the form.
