Exeter is outside your base. How would you look after my property?
We look at each property outside the South West core on its own merits, and we'll be upfront about exactly how cleaning and maintenance would be covered before we agree anything.
Does it cost me anything to find out?
No. Sending your details, the call and the viewing are all free, with no obligation.
Do I need permission from my mortgage lender or freeholder?
Often, yes. Some mortgages, leases and insurance policies restrict short lets. We'll go through it with you before anything is agreed.
I'm an agent. Do you pay a finder's fee?
Yes. If you introduce a Exeter property and we sign an agreement for it, we'll pay you a finder's fee. Choose "Agent" in the form.
